- 3pm to 4pm : Happiness Hour
- 5pm to 6pm : Yoga
- 6pm to 6:45 : Meditation
- 6:30pm to 8:30pm : Dinner
- 8:30 pm to 9:15pm : Talk on holistic wellbeing
- 9:30 pm : slip into calm restful slumber
